MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness-based practices and therapies have been shown to decrease anxiety and stress levels, prevent relapses of depression and leave the participant with a clearer, more focused mind and generally, a more relaxed attitude (and sometimes, energised).

 

So what exactly is mindfulness?

We regret to inform all our loyal and wonderful members that we have had to close as per the Prime Minister's Coronavirus update. (20 March 2020).

All memberships will be frozen and no payments (including notice payments) will be taken until we re-open.

Any portion of a paid but unused membership (example yearly membership or the remaining 10 days of March) will be added to your membership when the gym re-opens.
