Help! I am trying to join online and it is not working!
Firstly, apologies for the distress our online joining software is causing you! (Working out is a great stress reliever!). The system can only do so much and really, people are still smarter than machines! If you are taking advantage of a special offer and are afraid of missing out, fear not! Just email firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the fact you are trying to join up on a special offer - this will guarentee your entitlement to the special offer. (If you were entitled in the first place, of course!)
After that, please pop into the gym at your leisure and our friendly and fab team will sort everything out for you!
How do I pay for membership?
There is a monthly fee payable by direct debit. One month notice is required. No refunds are payable unless accompanied by a receipt of cancellation.There are no additional fees payable for visiting the gym. (Sunbeds/Retail products are not included in membership and are optional extras)
No bank account?
Should you not wish to have a monthly payment, you can puchase a year in advance membership or a "No Strings" membership for £35 per month.(Please note: Photo identification is still required)
All memberships include FREE personal training sessions (approximately one hour in length) with a personal trainer which results in a customised workout programme. You are entitled to an hour free on your first and second visit to the gym and thereafter, approximately, once every 8 weeks.

My Payment didn't go out
No problem. We all know life can send us curve balls and sometimes things don't go according to plan. We don't charge extra fees for rejected payments (your bank, however, may). Just pop in and pay the outstanding amount at reception. Always remember to get a receipt please.

It would be quicker to say what we don't have! But to give you an idea, Olympic Lifting Platform, Powerplate Vibrating Plate Exerciser, Bikes, Treadmills, Queenax Functional Training Rig, Huge range of dumbells, Huge range of Resistance Equipment, Stairmaster, Stepper, Dula Pulley Machines, Boxing Bags, XT Bike, Concept 2 Rowers and lots more! Personal Training for free? What's the catch?
There is no catch, we want you to get the help you need to help you succeed and no, the Personal Trainers will NOT try and sell you paid sessions during your free sessions. In fact, you will never be under any pressure by a Personal Trainer trying to sell you sessions. You are entitled to 2 free sessions at the commencement of your membership and 1 session every 8 weeks thereafter. (You must be a current, paid up member to enjoy any of the services offered)
What's the difference between a peak and an off peak membership?
The only difference beside price between the two main membership types is that Off Peak excludes use of the Kitts Green gym Mon-Thur between the hours of 5:00pm (last entry at 4pm) to 8:30pm. (Weekends, Friday included have no restrictions)
Peak Membership has no restrictions at all. Special offer memberships may be subject to different hours. Please check with staff before joining.
Want to try it out first?
A Trial session (£8.50) enables you to use the gym equipment whilst being assisted by a gym instructor who will answer any questions you may have and write an exercise programme for you. This should aid in assisting you with your decision.
A Guest Day Pass allows one day of gym usage. You will not be assisted by a member of staff, you will not get an exercise programme and you need not book. You can enjoy as many Guest Day Passes as you wish at a cost of £8.50 for a workout.
