Regular Payments

Regular payments are collected by direct debit on a monthly basis on or around the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the payment will be collected on the next working day.

Should you not wish to have a monthly payment, you can opt for a monthly no strings attached membership for £35 per month. No cancellation is required and the membership is valid for 30 days and does not automatically roll over.

 

Unsuccessful Payments

We can all experience a little difficulty at times. Should a payment be unsuccessful, don't stress, we will try again in a week's time. If our second go is unsuccessful, you will have the opportunity to pay at reception or through Worldpay (a link will be sent to you).

Please be sure to use your membership number as a reference, failing to do so, will delay the payment processing. You can find the membership number on your bank statement (BAC followed by  7 digits) Alternatively, please call 0121 783-0050 and ask for your membership number. It is advisable to email accounts@b-active.com stating the date and amount paid plus your membership number. This will speed up processing.

3. You should also receive an email (only if you have registered) with a link to Worldpay to enable you to pay by card online.
