Should you believe you are entitled to a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us by email: fixit@b-active.com and we will look into it as soon as possible. Please contact us first to resolve the issue before contacting your bank.

If we take any payment in error, we will gladly refund you. Refunds are generally completed within 48 hours (of us knowing a refund is due).

If you forget to cancel your membership, do not use the gym or fail to show a cancellation receipt, you will not be issued a refund.

If you join online, as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Further information available at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/), you have a right to cancel your membership and receive a full refund of any monies paid within 14 days of joining. However, if you use any part of your membership during this period, the monetary value thereof will be subtracted from your refund. Payments received thereafter are not subject to refund.
