How do I pay for membership?
There is a monthly fee payable by direct debit. No refunds are payable unless accompanied by a receipt of cancellation.There are no additional fees payable for visiting the gym. (Sunbeds/Retail products are not included in membership and are optional extras)
No bank account?
Should you not wish to have a monthly payment, you can puchase a year in advance membership or a "No Strings" membership for £35 per month.(Please note: Photo identification is still required)
What's the difference between a peak and an off peak membership?
The only difference beside price between the two main membership types is that Off Peak excludes use of the gym Monday-Thursday between the hours of 5:00pm (last entry at 4pm) to 8:30pm. (Weekends, Friday included have no restrictions)
Peak Membership has no restrictions at all. Special offer memberships may be subject to different hours. Please check with staff before joining.
How old do I need to be to join?
Membership is open to persons 14 years and older. Members under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
All memberships include FREE personal training sessions (approximately one hour in length) with a personal trainer which results in a customised workout programme. You are entitled to an hour free on your first and second visit to the gym and thereafter, approximately, once every 8 weeks.

It would be quicker to say what we don't have! Personal Training for free? What's the catch?
There is no catch, we want you to get the help you need to help you succeed and no, the Personal Trainers will NOT try and sell you paid sessions during your free sessions. In fact, you will never be under any pressure by a Personal Trainer trying to sell you sessions. You are entitled to 2 free sessions at the commencement of your membership and 1 session every 8 weeks thereafter. (You must be a current, paid up member to enjoy any of the services offered)
What's the difference between free and paid Personal Training sessions?
During a free session, the Personal Trainer will still be responsible for other members who may require assistance so your sessions may be interrupted. During paid sessions, your Personal Trainer will be focused 100% on you.
Want to try it out first?
A Trial session (£8) enables you to use the gym equipment whilst being assisted by a gym instructor who will answer any questions you may have and write an exercise programme for you. This should aid in assisting you with your decision. Upon joining, the £8 fee is waived.
A Guest Day Pass allows one day of gym usage. You will not be assisted by a member of staff, you will not get an exercise programme and you need not book. You can enjoy as many Guest Day Passes as you wish at a cost of £8.00 per day.
How do I cancel my membership?
There is no contract so all you need to do is cancel your direct debit. Please notify us as well by emailing [email protected] It is important that you are aware that should you cancel your membership, you will be liable to pay any admin/joining fees and current membership rates at the time of joining.
How do I unsubscribe?
If you are receiving too many messages and would like to cut them down, please email [email protected] and tell us what you would like and we will fix it!
If you still want to unsubscribe, you can simply opt out from your communication by replying STOP, STOPP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END or QUIT to any of your messages.
