We offer FREE PERSONAL TRAINING with your membership. No catch, no small print. Our Personal Trainers are all level 4 (some with extra qualifications!) . They are patient, knowledgeable and understanding and are always willing to advise members. There are no pushy staff trying to sell you sessions; just the right amount of help when you need it.

We have a mixture of Technogym (same brand as Virgin, Bannatynes and the world's top hotels), Life Fitness and Nautilus equipment. No knockoffs, just the real deal.

Our members are our community - welcoming, friendly and helpful. No posers. Whether you are new to fitness or a long time trainer, you will always feel at home here.
